Bakalářská práce se zabývá subjektivními pocity pacientů v souvislosti se subarach-noideální anestezií a možnými komplikacemi po dobu 24 hodin od operačního výkonu. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo ve Vojenské nemocnici v Olomouci. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat subjektivní vnímání pacienta, jeho spokoje-nost s přístupem a péčí zdravotnického personálu, zjištění informovanosti o subarachnoide-ální anestezii. Těžiště práce tvoří průzkumné šetření ke zjištění kvality v oblasti edukace, ošetřova-telské péče a zjištění četnosti komplikací při subarachnoideální anestezii. Analýza a inter-pretace získaných faktů bude využita ke zkvalitňování práce při přípravě nemocného k subarachnoideální anestezii, ošetřovatelskou péčí v průběhu anestezie a v prevenci post-punkčních komplikací.The thesis deals with the subjective feelings of patients in relation to spinal anesthesia and possible complications after a period of 24 hours of surgery. The survey was conducted in the Military Hospital in Olomouc. The aim of this thesis was to map the subjective perception of the patient's satisfac-tion with care access and medical personnel, finding information on spinal anesthesia. The care of this thesis is an exploratory investigation to determine the quality of edu-cation, nursing care and to determine the frequency of complications during spinal anesthe-sia. Analysis and interpretation of the facts will be used to improve the work in preparing the patient for spinal anesthesia, nursing care during anesthesia and prevention post spinal complications.
