Cílem bakalářské práce bylo ověřit v tréninkové praxi vrcholových basketbalistů tréninkový program vyuţívající plyometrických cvičení zaměřených na dolní končetiny. Explozivní síla byla hodnocena před a po skončení přípravného období optickým měřícím přístrojem Optojump Next. Výsledky testování ukázaly u většiny sledovaných hráčů na pozitivní vliv šestitýdenního tréninkového programu na explozivní sílu dolních končetin. KlíčováThe goal of the bachelor thesis was to verified the training program using plyometric excercises focused on the lower body in the training process of professional basketball players. The explosive strength was evaluated before and after the preseason training camp with the optical measuring equipment called the Optojump Next. Results of testing showed that most of players who were observed were positively influenced during the 6 weeks training camp focused on the explosive strength of the lower body.
