Témou diplomovej práce je problematika psychickej spôsobilosti vodiča, jej vplyv na riadenie motorových vozidiel. Práca bola zameraná na determinanty ovplyvňujúcie vedenie motorového vozidla, najmä na kognitívne a osobnostné činitele. Naša pozornosť bola primárne venovaná dopravno-psychologickej praxi a jej aktuálnemu stavu na Slovensku. Fokusovali sme sa na diagnostiku psychických predpokladov vodiča pomocou prístrojovej diagnostiky Vienna Test System ? batérií Expert System Traffic a doplnkových testov dopravnej diagnostiky. Výskum bol zameraný na tvorbu druhej generácie noriem pre slovenskú dospelú populáciu z hľadiska veku, vzdelania a pohlavia. Na základe vzorky vytvorenej kvótnym výberom sme vytvorili reprezentatívne skupiny pre jednotlivé typy testov. Medzi očakávaným zastúpením a získanou vzorkou neboli zistené žiadne štatisticky signifikantné rozdiely, čím sme potvrdili reprezentatívnosť vzorky noriem pre slovenskú dospelú populáciu z hľadiska veku, vzdelania a pohlavia.The theme of this thesis is the issue of mental fitness of the driver, its impact on the management of motor vehicles. The work is focused on determinants that affect driving, particularly on cognitive and personality factors. Our attention was primarily devoted to the traffic-psychological practice and its current status in Slovakia. We have focused on the diagnosis of driver mental assumptions through the instrument diagnostics Vienna Test System - Battery Expert System Traffic and transport of additional diagnostic tests. The research was aimed at creating the second generation of standards for the Slovak adult population in terms of age, sex and education. Based on the sample created by quota selection representative groups for different types of tests was created. Representation between the expected and obtained sample did not reveal any significant differences, which we confirmed the representativeness of the sample standards for the Slovak adult population in terms of age, sex and education.
