Tato práce se na základě výzkumu snaží popsat pohled inspektorů ? specializovaných odborníků na problematiku etiky kontextu inspekce sociálních služeb, a zda se v rámci inspekcí kvality setkali se situací, kterou by nazvali etickým dilematem. Metodou kvalitativního výzkumu, za použití techniky otevřených rozhovorů s inspektory ? specializovanými odborníky dochází tato práce ke dvěma závěrům. Vnímání etické problematicky a jednotlivých etických dilemat v kontextu inspekce kvality souvisí s hloubkou a šířkou vnímaných souvislostí provádění inspekce, například dilemat poskytovatelů. A dále, že chápání dilemat souvisí s osobním inspektorovým definováním etiky a s ní souvisejících pojmů. Tato práce se nesnaží o komplexní zpracování problematiky pouze ji prozkoumat a připravit pro další zkoumání.This work is based on research trying to describe a view of inspectors - specialist in issues of ethic by the social services inspection context, and whether the quality inspections met the situation, they would define as an ethical dilemma. I use the Qualitative research method, the technique of open- interviews with the inspectors ? specialist. This research finds two factors of view in ethics issues in inspection of quality in social services. One is that perceptions of ethics issues and ethical dilemmas in the context of quality control related to the depth and width of the perceived related issues of inspection, such dilemmas of social services providers. And that the understanding of the dilemmas is based of a personal definition of ethics and related concepts by the inspector. This thesis is not a comprehensive elaboration of the issues but only the exploration of the context and preparation for further research.
