Jedním z procesů ovlivňujících druhovou bohatost krajiny je fragmentace stanovišť. Konektivita krajiny vyjadřuje míru propojení stanovišť ve fragmentované krajině. V CHKO Český kras byla konektivita lesních fragmentů vypočtena pomocí Incidence Function Model (IFM). Ve třinácti lesních fragmentech byli do zemních padacích pastí sbíráni pavouci (6. 3. 2008?15. 4. 2010). Porovnával jsem vztahy druhové bohatosti vybraných skupin epigeických pavouků vůči konektivitě, ploše a vegetačnímu typu lesních fragmentů. Bylo zaznamenáno 174 druhů pavouků, z toho bylo 159 druhů epigeických. Druhová bohatost epigeických pavouků souvisela pouze s vegetačním typem. Druhová bohatost ekologických a taxonomických skupin epigeických pavouků odráží změny v krajině lépe než celková druhová bohatost. Habitat fragmentation is one of the fundamental processes that determine a species richness of the landscape. Landscape connectivity represents an appropriate parameter enabling the habitat fragmentation assessment. Incidence Function Model (IFM) was used to calculate the connectivity of a woodland fragments. Spiders were sampled with a pitfall traps in a thirteen woodland fragments during two seasons (6.3. 2008?15.4. 2010). The aim of the study was to clear up the relationship between species richness of the chosen taxon (spiders), connectivity, area and vegetation type of the woodland fragments. 174 spider species was recorded, from which 159 species was ground dwelling. Species richness of the spiders was related only to the major vegetation types. Species richness of different ecological and taxonomic groups of the spiders correlated with a changes in landscape better than species richness of the whole communities. The method of connectivity measurement used in this paper, did not explained a variability of the species richness better than the size of the woodland fragments area. The changes in species richness of generalist and open habitat preferring spiders with connectivity/area can be explained by the edge effect. Whole species richness of the landscape may be maintained and enhanced by increasing rate of the semi-natural woodland patches in intensively farmed matrix.
