Práce se pokouší popsat vývoj městečka Němčice nad Hanou v období let 1406-1848. Všímá se jednotlivých aspektů tohoto vývoje, tedy záležitosti první písemné zmínky, osudů Němčic v rámci kojetínského panství, vývoje školství, duchovní správy a otázky rodáctví malíře Martina Chvátala.This work deals with the history of the municipality Němčice nad Hanou in the years 1406-1848. From the first written mention in 1406 till 1848 Němčice nad Hanou was part of the Kojetín estate, thus the personality of actual owner or holder of this municipality is in this period of time based upon the actual owner or holder of the Kojetín estate. This work moreover describes obligations of dependent people to their masters, devastating consequences of the Thirty Years´ War and the following development of this municipality till the end of the patrimonial administration in the year 1848.
