Dříve měly vojenské složky a humanitární a rozvojové organizace rozdílnou náplň činnosti. V současné době přibývá nebojových vojenských operací, které jsou zaměřeny na budování míru, stabilitu, bezpečnost a humanitární aktivity. Vzniká zde prostor pro spolupráci na různých úrovních. Efektivní spolupráce mezi oběma aktéry však bývá ovlivněna mnoha faktory. Cílem práce je zhodnotit možnosti efektivní spolupráce a zaměřit se právě na ty faktory, které ovlivňují spolupráci humanitárních a rozvojových organizací a vojenských složek v místě realizace této pomoci.In the past, the military and the humanitarian and development organizations exercised different activities. Nowadays, the number of non-combatant military operations focused on building peace, stability, security and humanitarian activities is increasing. There is place for cooperation at different levels. Effective cooperation between military forces and humanitarian and development organizations on missions is influenced by many factors. The goal is to evaluate possibilities of effective cooperation and to focuse on factors, which influence the cooperation of humanitarian and development organizations and military forces in the place where the assistance is realised.
