Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá zmapováním problematiky zralé osobnosti jako psychologické kategorie, která doposud nebyla dostatečně rozpracována. Zaměřuje se na analýzu pojmu zralá osobnost a některých pojmů (normalita, adaptace, duševní zdraví, rozvoj osobnosti a integrita), které se s pojmem zralá osobnost překrývají. Snaží se nastínit perspektivy dalšího výzkumu za účelem stabilizace zralé osobnosti jako psychologické kategorie. Těžiště práce vychází z některých klasických a současných psychologických koncepcí zralé osobnosti. Dále se opírá o teorii sociálních reprezentací a problematiku osobnosti manažera. Cílem práce je zjištění, jaké sociální reprezentace se u manažerů pojí s pojmem zralá osobnost a z těchto reprezentací vytvořit obecný profil zralé osobnosti. Následným krokem je porovnání těchto zjištění s kritérii zralé osobnosti, které se opírají o klasické a současné psychologické teorie. Výzkumná data byla získána metodou polostrukturovaného dotazníku. Pomocí obsahové analýzy dat z dotazníků byl vytvořen profil zralé osobnosti. Tento profil byl následně porovnán s teoretickým profilem zralé osobnosti. Výsledky jsou diskutovány vzhledem ke specifické skupině respondentů. V práci byly také nastíněny možné cesty dalších výzkumů.The submitted diploma thesis focuses on mature personality as a psychological category, which has not been sufficiently discussed to date. It is targeting on the analysis of the term mature personality and the other terms (normality, adaptation, mental health, personality development and integrity), which are linked to the term of mature personality. It attempts to bring the possible prospective of further research to stabilize the mature personality as a precise psychological category. The diploma thesis emphasises on some classical and contemporary psychological concepts of mature personality. It is based on the theory of social representations and it deals with issues of manager´s personality as well. The goal is to explore which manager´s social representations are connected with the term of mature personality, and to construct a general mature personality´s profile on this basis. The following step is a comparison of these findings with the criteria of mature personality, based on the classical and contemporary psychological theories. Research data were acquired by a method of semi structural questionnaire. The mature personality profile was created using a content analysis of data from questionnaires. The resulting profile was compared with the theoretical profile of mature personality. The results are discussed in respect with the specific group of respondents. The thesis also proposed the potential ways of next possible research on this theoretical field.
