Bakalářská práce se věnuje ošetřovatelské péči o klienty s Alzheimerovou nemocí (AN) dle teorie deficitu sebepéče Dorothey Oremové. Výzkumná část odpovídá na otázku: "Jaké vykazují sestry a pečovatelé kompetence dependencí péče ve znalosti specifik péče o pacienty s AN a v přístupu k těmto klientům"? Pro účely šetření byl vytvořen dotazník. Šetření probíhalo v Charitním domě v Cetechovicích, na Psychiatrické klinice a na III. interní klinice Fakultní nemocnice v Olomouci. Dosažené výsledky byly mezi jednotlivými pracovišti srovnávány. V souvislosti s výsledky zjištění byl vypracován také edukační materiál.Bachelor thesis deals with nursing care in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AN) according to the Dorothea Orem´s self-care deficit theory. Research section answers the question: "What competence of care dependency do nurses and nursing assistants show in the knowledge of the particularities of care in patients with AN and the approach to these patiens"? For the purposes of this investigation a questionnaire was made. The investigation was carried out in the House of Charity in Cetechovice, in the Clinic of Psychiatry and Clinic of Internal Medicine III of the University Hospital Olomouc. Achieved results were compared among these departments. In connection with the survey results educational materials were developed.
