V práci jsou shrnuty nejpoužívanější dotazníky sloužící ke skórování jednotlivých problémů (bolest, soběstačnost, mobilitu a deprese) a specifických diagnóz (parkinsonova nemoc, cévní mozková příhoda, demence a roztroušená skleróza). Mohou sloužit také jako vhodný nástroj pro monitorování zdraví jedince a pro úspěšnější rehabilitaci.This project summarizes questionnaires that are most commonly used for measuring individual factors such as pain, self-sufficiency, mobility, and physical tolerance; and specific diagnoses such as Parkinson's disease, Cerebrovascular accident, Dementia, Disseminated Sclerosis, etc., that are dealt with in physiotherapy. They can also be used as a suitable tool for measuring health of an individual and their successful rehabilitation. This work should contribute towards better understanding of these individual questionnaires and therefore more effective diagnostics of patients.
