Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou léčby a následné rehabilitace nemocných se zevními fixátory v traumatologii. V první části práce jsou zahrnuty teoretické poznatky, jako jsou historie, indikace a kontraindikace terapie, rozdělení zevních fixátorů, komplikace a nutná péče o zevní fixátory. Druhá část popisuje fyzikální terapii a metody kinezioterapie, které se nabízejí v rámci léčení zlomenin. Tyto možnosti léčebné rehabilitace pomáhají k zefektivnění léčby a umožňují znovu plnohodnotný návrat ošetřovaných pacientů do společenského života. Celá práce je doplněna kasuistikou pacienta, který podstoupil již zmiňovanou léčbu pomocí zevní fixace.My bachelor`s thesis deals with the therapy and post-rehabilitation study of the patients with external fixators in the traumatology. In the first part of the thesis, there is included the theoretical knowledge like history, therapy indication and contra-indication, external fixators classification, complications and a necessary care of external fixators. The second part describes physical therapy and methods of kinesiology therapy which are offered in terms of the fracture treatment. These possibilities of rehabilitation help the therapy to be more efficient and they allow patients to return back to the social life to the full. The thesis contents a case report of a patient who undertook the external fixation therapy.
