Ce mémoire tente de démontrer les possibilités qu ont les entreprises multinationales pour adapter leurs produits sur les marchés locaux. En plus il essaie de prouver la nécessité d adapter les produits. Dans la premiere partie on étudie les possibilités de la segmentation du marché global. Elle présente la théorie des dimensions culturelles d?Hofstede, la segmentation du marché des yaourts et la gestion de la marque ? l?international, l exemple du Groupe Danone. La partie suivante se consacre au marketing mix d un produit, c'est-a-dire le produit, son prix, la communication avec les consommateurs et la distribution. Pour le marketing local, le marketing mix est une partie importante car l adaptation d un produit se présente souvent a travers l adaptation du marketing mix. Le dernier chapitre présente le Groupe Danone. On décrit et analyse son comportement sur le marché et le marketing mix de ses produits. Pour conclure, on formule les points positifs et négatifs de la stratégie marketing du Groupe Danone.The primary purpose of this study was to show opportunities of global companies while adapting their products to local markets. The secondary purpose was to proof that every company needs some kind of adaptation. First chapter describes opportunities of determination of market's segmentation. This part deals with Hofstede theory of cultural dimensions, segmentation of yogurt market and operating with trade mark abroad with the example of the DANONE Company. The next chapter is focused on marketing mix - product, its price, communication with clients and distribution. Product adaptation is characterized by different marketing mix, thus it is very important for local marketing The last chapter refers to DANONE Company itself. Its market behavior and marketing mix of its products are introduced and analyzed. Positives and negatives of the behavior of DANONE Company are included in the conclusion.
