Diplomová práce popisuje proces integrace jedinců zdravotně postižených. Je zaměřena na osoby dospělé a jejich pracovní uplatnění v současné společnosti. V teoretické části popisuji jednotlivé druhy zdravotních handicapů, dále pak postupy, které vedou k zjednodušení integrace postižených osob do intaktní společnosti. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na oblast Kroměříže, odkud pocházím. Zde popisuji celý pomyslný postup zaměstnávání jedinců s handicapem a návštěvu dvou chráněných pracovních dílen.The final essay is trying to describe process of integration of handicapped people. The aim of it is to focus on adult people who are handicapped and their possibilities conected with finding a job in present society. In the theoretical part I am describing different handicaps. Next I am trying to describe the process which might be useful for healthy people to accept the others who are handicapped. The practical part is focused on the district of Kroměříž where I come from. Here I am trying to give the description of the process how and where handicapped people can be employed.
