Diplomová práce je zaměřena na otázku, jak dalece ovlivňují orofaciální poruchy (afázie, dysartrie, poruchy mimických funkcí a příjmu potravy) po cévních mozkových příhodách psychosociální funkce takto postižených jedinců a jaký je efekt orofaciální terapie. Sledovaný soubor tvoří pacienti lůžkového oddělení rehabilitace FNOL, kteří absolvovali 4-týdenní rehabilitaci orofaciální oblasti. Použita byla Beckova škála deprese, k hodnocení mimiky House-Brackmann Grading System a jako objektivní metoda 2D-videokinematická analýza.The graduation thesis is on the question of how much orofacial disorders (aphasia, dysartria, disorders of mimic functions and food intake) after stroke can influence psychical and social functions of patients afflicted with them. The effect of orofacial therapy is also under investigation. In the follow-up file there are patients from the rehabilitation clinic in the Teaching Hospital Olomouc, who underwent a 4-week orofacial therapy. Used methods: Beck´s spectrum of depression, House-Brackmann Grading System for evaluation of mimic function and 2D-videokinematic analysis as an objective method.
