Závěrečná bakalářská práce vymezuje trenéra profesního jednání České pošty jako specifický druh vzdělavatele v praxi. Definuje souvislosti teoretického vymezení výchovy a vzdělávání v rámci pedagogiky a andragogiky s povoláním trenéra, které jsou nezbytným východiskem pro práci a jednání trenéra, dále popisuje vztah mezi trenérem a trénovaným, a jak dosáhnout úspěchu vzdělávací strategie České pošty. Dále uvádím celkový obraz podnikového vzdělávání, obecnou charakteristiku tréninku a obecný profil trenéra. Pozornost věnuji komunikaci, motivaci a pozorování, neboť tyto metody trenér využívá při své práci. Na závěr práce přidávám vlastní zhodnocení a vyjadřuji souhlas či nesouhlas s jednotlivými stanovisky, určenými firemní strategií České pošty.This final bachelor's thesis defines mentor of profession act in Česká pošta, s.p. as a specific kind of educator in practice. It defines the frame of education and training within pedagogy and andragogy with the profession of mentor. This theoretical framing is a vital base for the work and behavior of the mentor, then it describes the relationship between mentor and trainee and finally how to reach the success of educational strategy of Česká pošta. My next work consider the whole view of business education strategy, general characteristic of training and universal profile of mentor. My attention is focused on communication, motivation and observation, because these are the methods that mentor uses at his work. At the end of this bachelor's thesis I will include my own evaluation and general opinion about the (training) strategy of Česká pošta.
