Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zmapování a zhodnocení možností kulturního a sportovního vyžití obyvatel obce Kostelec na Hané. K popisu současného stavu byly využity vstupní informace získané jak z dostupných informačních zdrojů, jako jsou webové stránky obce, tak dokumentů města Kostelec na Hané, tak i z rozhovorů s osobami majícími problematiku kultury a sportu v rámci města ve své kompetenci. Aby bylo možné provést validní rozbor, byl v rámci této práce proveden výzkum skládající se ze dvou částí. V první části výzkumu jsem se zaměřil na analýzu současných možností, kdy byla zmapována nabídka volnočasových aktivit, existence volnočasových institucí zabývajících se kulturou a sportem, využitelnost prostor ve městě a byla provedena SWOT analýza zaměřená na současné možnosti a nabídku města v oblasti kultury a sportu. Ve druhé části byl proveden dotazníkový průzkum u občanů města, kde byla vyhodnocena jejich spokojenost s nabídkou kulturních a sportovních akcí, stavem a vybavením kulturních a sportovních zařízení v obci.The goal of this graduation theses was to chart and evaluate the possibilities of cultural and sport self-realization of the Kostelec na Hané city citizens. The informative sources as the web site of the city itself, the Kostelec na Hané city documents and also interviews with the persons, who's scope of employment is to solve the questions of sport and culture in the town, were used to describe the present situation. Within this theses, to make the valid analysis possible, a research, that consists of two parts, was performed. In the first one I have focused on the analysis of present opportunities, and the supply of the free-time activities, the presence of the free-time organizations, that deal with culture and sport and the efficiency of areas in the city were charted. Also the SWOT analysis, which considered the potence and supply of the town in the field of sport and culture was made. The second part of the research lies in the answer-sheet survey in the citizens. Their satisfaction with supply of cultural and sport events and the condition and equipment of the cultural and sport facilities in the town
