Cíle práce byly: a) konkretizace specifik komplexní péče klientů s psychotickými onemocněními na odděleních psychiatrických léčeben a b) ověření jejích účinků. Specifika komplexní péče jsme zjišťovali semistrukturovanými rozhovory se sedmi terapeuty. Ověření účinků péče jsme provedli Sémantickým diferenciálem a Dotazníkem životní spokojenosti u 30 klientů psychiatrických léčeben na začátku a na konci terapie. Využili jsme kvalitativní i statistické analýzy. Podařilo se ověřit a konfrontovat specifika komplexní péče s odbornou literaturou, poukázat na trendy a možnosti směřování. Testové metody ukázaly změny u klientů na konci terapie na odděleních psychiatrických léčeben.The objectives of this thesis were: a) to concretize the specifics of the comprehensive care of the clients with psychotic illnesses in the wards of the mental hospitals and b) to verify their effects. We have found out the specifics of the comprehensive care by semistructured interviews with seven therapists. The verification of care effects was carried out by the Semantic differencial and the Questionnaire of the life satisfaction in 30 clients of mental hospitals at the beginning and in the end of therapy. We have used both qualitative and statistical analysis. We have managed to verify and confront the specifics of the comprehensive care with the special literature, to refer to the trends and the future orientation. The test methods have shown changes in the clients in the end of the therapy in the wards of mental hospitals.
