Cílem práce je zjistit, proti jakým úskalím tlumočník při tlumočení projevu Jany Černochové stojí a jak se s nimi vyrovnává, tedy jaké strategie při tlumočení volí. Teoretická část práce se nejprve zabývá charakteristikou termínu diskurz a jeho analýzou, poté je v rámci ní popsáno simultánní tlumočení a pro něj relevantní tlumočnické strategie. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu projevu ministryně Černochové na mimořádné schůzi Senátu k ruské invazi na Ukrajinu, na kterou navazuje analýza transkripcí tlumočnických výkonů skupiny osmi studentů Univerzity Palackého a Univerzity Karlovy.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of interpreting Jana Černochová, the current Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic. The thesis aims to find out what difficulties the interpreter faces when interpreting Jana Černochová's speech and what strategies they use to cope with those difficulties. The theoretical part of this thesis begins by characterizing the term discourse and its analysis, and then it deals with simultaneous interpreting and the interpreting strategies relevant to it. The practical part of the thesis includes an analysis of Minister Černochová's speech at the meeting of the Senate about the Russian invasion of Ukraine, followed by an analysis of the transcriptions of interpreting performances by a group of eight students from Palacký University and Charles University.
