Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vnímání psychologické péče ze strany výjezdových hasičů. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol, z nichž první charakterizuje strukturu hasičského záchranného sboru a náplň práce výjezdového hasiče, druhá se zabývá psychologickými otázkami práce výjezdového hasiče a třetí objasňuje fungování psychologické služby u HZS ČR a výzkumy zabývající se vnímáním psychologické péče u hasičů. Hlavní výzkumná otázka se zabývá postoji a názory výjezdových hasičů na psychologickou službu. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 5 výjezdových hasičů a jeden hasičský psycholog, se všemi participanty byl veden polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výsledky ukazují, že hasiči vnímají psychologickou službu obecně pozitivně, ačkoli v hasičské komunitě stále přetrvává určitá stigmatizace, na jejímž odstranění je potřeba pracovat. Ohledně celé problematiky jsou hasiči dostatečně informováni a svému psychologovi důvěřují. S psychologickou péčí souvisí také další podtémata, například zvládání zátěžových situací, vnímání smrti či důležitost kolektivu.The thesis deals with the issue of perception of psychological care by firefighters. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into three chapters, the first of which characterizes the structure of the fire rescue service and the work of a firefighter, the second deals with psychological issues of the work of a firefighter and the third explains the functioning of the psychological service at the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and research dealing with the perception of psychological care by firefighters. The main research question deals with the attitudes and opinions of the call-out firefighters towards the psychological service. Five on-call firefighters and one fire psychologist participated in the research, and a semi-structured interview was conducted with all participants. The results show that firefighters have a generally positive perception of the psychological service, although there is still some stigma in the firefighting community that needs to be worked on. Firefighters are sufficiently informed about the whole issue and trust their psychologist. Other sub-topics, such as coping with stressful situations, the perception of death and the importance of the collective, are also related to psychological care.
