(75 599 znaků). -- Ved. práce Lenka Musilová. -- Oponent Renáta Heinzová. -- Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou toxoplazmózy a jejím vlivem na lidské oko. V úvodu práce je rozebrána etiologie toxoplazmózy a varianty přenosu infekce. Následuje popis klinického obrazu celkového onemocnění při kongenitální i získané toxoplazmóze. Další kapitola se věnuje přímo oční toxoplazmóze, tzn. vstupu infekce do oka, konkrétním změnám očních struktur a toxoplazmózou způsobeným očním komplikacím. V následující části jsou stručně nastíněny diagnostické metody používané pro odhalení infekce a diferenciální diagnostika oční toxoplazmózy. Celá práce je zakončena kapitolou o možnostech terapie toxoplazmózy.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of toxoplasmosis and its influence on the human eye. In the introduction of the thesis, the etiology of toxoplasmosis and variants of transmission of infection are discussed. The following is a description of the clinical picture of the general disease in both congenital and acquired toxoplasmosis. The next chapter deals directly with ocular toxoplasmosis, i.e. the entry of infection into the eye, specific changes in eye structures and toxoplasmosis caused by eye complications. The following section briefly outlines the diagnostic methods used to detect infection and differential diagnosis of ocular toxoplasmosis. The last chapter deals with the possibilities of therapy of toxoplasmosis.
