Cílem diplomové práce je shrnout poznatky o CT angiografii a zjistit vliv koncentrace jódu v kontrastní látce na výsledné zobrazení cév. Teoretická část sumarizuje informace o technologii výpočetní tomografie, používaných kontrastních látkách a jejich vlastnostech a ischemické chorobě dolních končetin. Ve výzkumné části se v rámci retrospektivní kvantitativní studie zabývá rozdíly zobrazení cév při využití kontrastních látek o různých koncentracích jódu při CT angiografii abdominální aorty a dolních končetin.The aim of this thesis is to summarize the knowledge about CT angiography and determine the influence of iodine concentration in the contrast agent on the resulting vascular imaging. The theoretical part summarizes information about computed tomography technology, the used contrast agents and their properties, and ischemic disease of the lower extremities. The research part, within a retrospective quantitative study, focuses on the differences in vascular imaging when using contrast agents with different iodine concentrations in CT angiography of the abdominal aorta and lower extremities.
