ABSTRAKT DIPLOMOVÉ PRÁCE Název práce: Míra prožívaného stresu sociálních pracovníků při odebírání dítěte z rodiny a následného umístění do náhradní rodinné péče Abstrakt: Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá tématem míry prožívaného stresu sociálních pracovníků při odebírání dítěte z rodiny a následného umístění do náhradní rodinné péče. V teoretické části se zabýváme sociálním pracovníkem orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, jeho vztahem ke klientům, funkcí rodiny a zanedbáváním dítěte, jeho vnitřními konflikty, zátěžovými a stresujícími situacemi, se kterými se setkává při řešení zanedbávaných dětí a jejich odebírání z rodiny. V empirické části se věnujeme kvalitativnímu výzkumu, který má za cíl popsat zkušenost pracovníků s odebíráním dětí z rodiny, prožívání dané situace a stres, který prožívají. V rámci výzkumných otázek nás zajímala zkušenost sociálních pracovníků, jak se se stresem vyrovnávají v průběhu odebírání dítěte z rodiny. Data jsme získali od 10 respondentů, které jsme do výzkumu vybrali příležitostným výběrem, polostrukturovaným interview. Jako formu analýzy jsme zvolili interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzu. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že v prvních fázích řešení daného problému jsou pracovníci pod velkým časovým tlakem, kdy musí v krátké době zvládat množství náročných úkolů. Každý z respondentů má nastaven jistý způsob řešení stresových situací. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že ani po svěření dítěte do náhradní péče stres neopadne, ale že většina z nich má potřebu se ubezpečit, že o dítě je dobře postaráno. Teprve pak dojde k jistému zklidnění. Respondenti rovněž vypověděli, že prožité pracovní vypětí má přesah i do jejich soukromého, rodinného života.DIPLOMA THESIS ABSTRACT Title of the thesis: The level of stress affecting social mediators during replacement of children from parents into the foster care. Abstract: This thesis deals with the topic of the level of stress experienced by social workers when a child is removed from their family and subsequently placed in foster care. In the theoretical part we study the role of a social worker of the social-legal children protection institution, their relationship to clients, the role of the family and the neglect of a child, the social worker's internal conflicts and the stressful and challenging situations they encounter while dealing with child neglect and a child being removed from the family. In the empirical part we focus on qualitative research, which aims to describe the experience of workers with the removal of children from their families, how they feel about the situation and the stress they undergo. Within the research questions, we were interested in social workers' experience of coping with stress during the process of removing a child from the family. Data were collected from 10 respondents who were selected for the study by a situational sample, through semi-structured interviews. We chose interpretative phenomenological analysis as the form of analysis. The results showed that in the first stages of solving a given situation, workers are under great time pressure, having to manage a number of demanding tasks in a short period of time. Each of the respondents has their own approach to dealing with stressful situations. The research showed that even after a child is placed in foster care the stress does not subside, but that most of them feel the need to make sure that the child is well taken care of. Only then a certain calming down takes place. Respondents also said that the work stress they experience overlaps into their private, family life, too.
