The theoretical part is focused on disulfiram and its metabolite CuEt. The signaling pathways responsible for the priming of immune cells are investigated. In the experimental part the effect of nanomolar concentrations of CuEt on CD8+ and CD4+ T-cells is measured. More precisely ERK1/2 phosphorylation and expression of NKG2D and perforin is measured. The aquired results are discussed and conclusions are made from them.
