Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje poznatky o freezingu vyskytujícího se u pacientů s Parkinsonovou nemocí, možnostech hodnocení a možnostech ovlivnění tohoto symptomu. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zpracování literární rešerše, kde je popsána základní charakteristika freezingu, jsou zde shrnuty možnosti hodnocení freezingu a metody, které se využívají v terapii freezingu. Možnosti ovlivnění jsou popsány z hlediska péče u fyzioterapeuta i lékaře. V praktické části je zpracována kazuistika pacientky, u které se freezing vyskytuje.This bachelor thesis summarizes the information about freezing of gait (FOG) occurring in patients with Parkinson's disease, and the possibilities of assessment and treatment of this symptom. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to review scientific literature, describe the basic characteristics of FOG, and summarise the options for FOG assessment and methods used in its therapy. Both medical and physical therapy treatment strategies are described. In the practical part, a case study of a patient suffering from FOG is presented.
