Zkušenosti s mentoringem studentek porodní asistence v rámci jejich klinické praxe z pohledu mentorek [rukopis] / Barbora Anna Hrazdirová. -- 2023. -- 114. -- Ved. práce Daniela Javornická. -- Oponent Kateřina Svancarová. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se věnuje zkušenostem porodních asistentek s mentoringem studentek porodní asistence. Cílem práce je zjistit zkušenosti a postoje mentorek na klinických pracovištích gynekologicko-porodnických oddělení ve vztahu k mentoringu studentek porodní asistence. Teoretická část objasňuje pojmy potřebné pro výzkumnou část - porodní asistence, kompetence porodní asistentky, mentoring a mentoring v klinické praxi. Ve výzkumné části jsou popsány cíle a metodika výzkumu, výběr respondentek a sběr dat, vyhodnocení a interpretace dat pomocí reflektivní tematické analýzy. Jsou zde také uvedeny výsledky výzkumu, ze kterých plyne, že mentoring je vhodnou formou klinické praxe, je však ovlivňován mnoha faktory, pozitivními i negativními a stávající podmínky jsou dle respondentek nevyhovující. V diskuzi jsou dosažené výsledky porovnány s dostupnou literaturou a poznatky jsou shrnuty v závěru práce.. -- Abstract: The diploma thesis focuses on topic of experiences of midwives with mentoring midwifery students. The aim of the work is to find out the experiences and attitudes of mentors in clinical settings of gynaecology and obstetrics departments in relation to the mentoring of midwifery students. The theoretical part clarifies the terms needed for the research part - midwifery, competences, mentoring and mentoring in clinical practice. In the research part, the aim and methodology of the research, selection of respondents and data collection, evaluation and interpretation of data using reflective thematic analysis are described. Results of the research are also presented here. Conclusions are as follows: mentoring is a suitable form of clinical practice, but it is influenced by many factors, both positive and negative, and according to the respondents the current conditions are unsuitable. In the discussion, the achieved results are compared with the available literature, and the findings are summarized in the conclusion of the work.
