Cílem práce je analyzovat adaptační proces v této společnosti. Úvod teoretické části je věnován problematice řízení lidských zdrojů. Dále je popsán a vymezen adaptační proces v jeho formách, fázích a rovinách, společně s jeho nástroji a hodnocením. Metodologická část určuje metodu sběru dat v podobě analýzy dokumentů a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Zároveň vymezuje cíl výzkumu, výzkumný vzorek, sběr a způsob analýzy dat. Empirická část představuje blíže zkoumanou společnost a analyzuje její adaptační proces. Závěrem jsou výsledky zkoumání zhodnoceny a jsou navrhnuta možná zlepšení.. -- Abstract: The diploma thesis deals with the adaptation process in the development unit of ŠKODA Digital s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the adaptation process in this company. The introduction of the theoretical part is devoted to the issue of human resource management. Furthermore, the adaptation process is described and defined in its forms, phases and levels, together with its tools and evaluation. The methodological part determines the method of data collection in the form of document analysis and semi-structured interviews. At the same time, it defines the goal of the research, the research sample, the collection and method of data analysis. The empirical part more closely introduces examined company and analyzes its adaptation process. In conclusion, the results of the investigation are evaluated and recommendations for possible improvements are proposed.
