Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá témou politiky Womenomics, ktorá bola zavedená bývalým japonským premiérom Šinzóm Abem. Cieľom tejto politiky bolo zvýšiť pracovnú participáciu japonských žien prostredníctvom cieľov určených vládou. V tejto práci, analýzou cieľov a výsledkov a bližším nahliadnutím na negatívne aspekty tejto politiky, poukážeme na neúspech politiky Womenomics. Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je identifikovať potenciálne príčiny tohto neúspechu a zároveň tým poukázať na prekážky prítomné v súčasnej japonskej spoločnosti, ktoré bránia výraznejšiemu zlepšeniu postavenia japonských žien a rodovej rovnosti. V práci si predstavíme historický vývoj japonských pracujúcich žien, ciele politiky Womenomics, ich implementáciu a výslednú situáciu, a v neposlednom rade identifikujeme možné príčiny neúspechu Womenomics.This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the Womenomics policy that was introduced by former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. The aim of this policy was to increase the work participation of Japanese women through targets set by the government. In this thesis, by analyzing the goals and outcomes and taking a closer look at the negative aspects of this policy, we will demonstrate the failure of the Womenomics policy. The main aim of this thesis is to identify potential causes of this failure and, in doing so, to highlight the obstacles present in contemporary Japanese society that prevent a significant improvement in the status of Japanese women and gender equality. In this thesis, we will review the historical development of Japanese working women, the goals of the Womenomics policy, its implementation and the resulting situation, and last but not least, we will identify the potential reasons for the failure of Womenomics.
