Předmětem této diplomové práce jsou námitky ve stavebním řízení, a to v rámci čtyř kapitol. První kapitola je věnována vymezení základních pojmů, které s předmětem diplomové práce souvisí a které jsou v diplomové práci užívány. V rámci druhé kapitoly jsou rozebírány jednotlivé aspekty námitek coby základní obrany účastníka řízení ve stavebním řízení počínaje jejich obecným vymezením, přes jejich obsah, jejich vypořádání a konče obligatorním poučením o námitkách. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována velice specifické námitce, a to námitce týkající se dotčení kvality prostředí. Tato specifická a kontroverzní námitka je nejprve obecně vymezena, dále je rozebrán způsob její identifikace, její rozsah a závěr kapitoly je věnován jejímu posuzování příslušnými správními orgány.The subjekt of this diploma thesis thesis are objections in construction proceedings. The diploma thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter contains definitions of basic terms that are associated with the subject of this thesis. In the second chapter the individual aspects of objections as a basic defense of the participant in the construction proceedings are discussed, starting with their general definition, through their content, their settlement and ending with the obligatory instruction on objections. The following and also last chapter analyses a very specific objection, namely the objection concerning the impact on the quality (or well-being) of housing. This specific and controversial objection is first generally defined, then is discussed the method of its identification, its scope and in the end of this chapter is discussed the assessment by the relevant administrative authorities.
