Přehledová bakalářská práce se primárně zabývá diferenciální diagnostikou vybraných typů bolestí hlavy, z nichž největší část je věnována migréně. A to jak jejím klinickým projevům, tak například provokačním faktorům. Následují cervikogenní bolesti hlavy, poté je práce doplněna o nástin prevence, léčby a terapie daných typů. Konkrétně se opět jedná o migrénu a cervikogenní bolesti. Poslední částí je porovnání rozdílů mezi těmito typy z hlediska etiopatogeneze, klinických projevů a léčby. Cílem je stručný přehled některých typů bolestí hlavy, které velice často postihují lidskou populaci, a jejich rozdělení mezi primární a sekundární společně s přehledem možností terapie.. -- Abstract: Headache is something that each of us has experienced at least once in our lives. The bachelor thesis primarily deals with the differential diagnosis of selected types of headaches, most of which are devoted to migraine, both its clinical manifestation and, for example, provocative factors. Next part of the thesis is dedicated to cervicogenic headache followed by an outline of prevention, treatment and therapy of selected types including migraine and cervicogenic headache. The last part of this thesis is a comparison of differences between these types in terms of etiopathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment. The aim of this thesis is a brief overview of some types of headaches that very often affect the human population, and their distribution between primary and secondary types, together with an overview of treatment options.
