Obecná část práce se věnuje obecným poznatkům anatomie svalu, průběhu svalové kontrakce a nervosvalovému přenosu. Dále jsou v této části uvedeny typy reflexních změn a obecná charakteristika spoušťového bodu (dělení, vznik, klinický obraz, diagnostika atd.) včetně popisu tzv. myofasciálního bolestivého syndromu. Speciální část práce se zaměřuje na popis jednotlivých možností terapie spoušťových bodů ve svalech. Součástí práce je kazuistika pacienta.. -- Abstract: The thesis focuses on the description of possibilities of trigger point therapy. The general part of the work deals with general knowledge of muscle anatomy, the course of muscle contraction and neuromuscular transmission. Moreover, this section presents the types of reflex changes and the general characteristics of the trigger point (division, origin, clinical picture, diagnosis, etc.), including a description of the so-called myofascial pain syndrome. A special part of the thesis focuses on the description of individual options for the trigger point therapy. The thesis also includes a patient's case report.
