Porovnání velikosti zatížení hráčů během přípravných a mistrovských utkání ve fotbale v kategorii U18 [rukopis] / David Bernatik. -- 2021. -- 75 s : grafy, tab. -- Ved. práce Michal Hrubý. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce se věnuje komparaci a korelaci vnitřního a vnějšího zatížení hráčů fotbalu v kategorii U18 během utkání 10+1. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 15 špičkových českých fotbalistů s průměrným věkem 17,44?0,30 roku. Díky využití systému Polar Team2Pro byly analyzovány ukazatele vnějšího zatížení a vnitřní reakce organismu. Porovnávány byly průměrné hodnoty hráčů v jednotlivých utkáních, dále herní posty v utkáních, odlišné herní posty navzájem, korelaci průměrných hodnot v utkáních. Korelací ukazatelů výzkum nepoukázal významné rozdíly (p <,05) v prumerne srdecni frekvenci, uběhnutých distancích a rychlostních pásmech. Tyto výsledky jsou následně využitelné pro aktuální moderní trendy sportovního tréninku ve fotbale.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis concerns itself with the comparison and correlation of the inner and outer load on soccer players in the U18 category during 10+1 matches. The research sample consisted of 15 Czech players with an average age of 17.44?0.30 years. Thanks to the usage of the system Polar Team2Pro were analyzed the indicators of the outer load on the players and the inner reactions of the players' organism. Compared were the average results of the players, positions in the matches, different positions with each other, and the correlations between the average results in a match. Through the correlation of the indicators the research has not shown any significant differences (p <.05) in the average heart rate, the distance ran, and the speed ranges. These results are then useable for current modern trends in sports training in football.
