Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá životem a dílem skladatele Karla Bendla a analýzou písňového cyklu Cypřiše na slova básníka Gustava Pflegera Moravského. Součástí práce jsou analýzy jednotlivých skladeb. Zahrnuje také srovnání se stejnojmenným cyklem od Antonína Dvořáka. Smyslem práce je co nejlépe nastínit život skladatele a dokázat, že byl schopným skladatelem.Bachelor thesis Karel Bendl and his Work, the Analysis of the Song Cycle Cyprises deals with the life and work of the composer Karel Bendl and the analysis of the song cycle Cyprises by the poet Gustav Pfleger-Moravský. Part of the work are analyzes of individual compositions. It also includes a comparison with the cycle of the same name by Antonín Dvořák. The purpose of the work is to outline the life of the composer as best as possible and to prove that he was a good composer.
