Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním české a německé verze filmové pohádky Tři oříšky pro Popelku z roku 1973 z jazykového hlediska. První, teoretická část práce, je zaměřena na pojmy překlad, translatologie, překladatelská ekvivalence a jsou v ní nastíněna možná úskalí procesu překládání. Druhá, prakticky orientovaná část práce, se zabývá konkrétními filmovými replikami a jejich rozčleněním do čtyř skupin podle míry kvality překladu. První skupina obsahuje repliky, které byly přeloženy adekvátně, druhá a třetí skupina obsahují repliky, které jsou lépe vyjádřeny buď v českém originálu, nebo naopak v německém překladu a čtvrtá skupina se zabývá vynechanými nebo naopak přidanými místy v překladu. V závěru praktické části je také zahrnut graf, který procentuálně vyjadřuje zastoupení jednotlivých skupin v rámci celkové stopáže filmu a pohled německé rodilé mluvčí na vybrané pasáže lišících se v obou verzích. V poslední kapitole shrnutí je nastíněno celkové zhodnocení originálu a překladu z vícero jazykových hledisek, určena kvalita a vydařenost překladu.This bachelor thesis compares the Czech and the German version of the fairy tale The Three Wishes for Cinderella from the year 1973 from the linguistics point of view. First, theoretical part of this thesis concentrates on the terms such as translation, translating, equivalence in translation and it describes potential difficulties by the process of translating. Second and practical part of this thesis compares particular movie lines and divide them into four groups according to the quality level of the translation. The first group contains lines, which were translated adequately, second and third group contain lines, which were said better in the Czech original or the other way around were translated better in German. The fourth group contains left out or added lines in the translation. The conclusion of the practical part includes a graph, it expresses percentage representation of each group in context of the whole movie. It also includes a perspective of a German native speaker on chosen passages, which were different in both languages. The last chapter summarisation incudes overall assessment of the original and the translation from linguistic and qualitative perspective.
