Disertační práce přibližuje téma adaptace studentů s poruchou autistického spektra v terciárním vzdělávání. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní východiska problematiky poruch autistického spektra a specifika vzdělávání dospělých osob s poruchou autistického spektra na vysokých školách v České republice a v zahraničí. Do teoretické části práce je zahrnuta také kapitola věnující se praxi založené na vědeckých důkazech. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě části. První se věnuje systému podpory a faktorům ovlivňujícím proces adaptace v celosvětovém měřítku. Tato část je zpracovaná prostřednictvím systematického review - scoping review. Druhá část se věnuje analýze předpokladů adaptace studentů s PAS v prostředí Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci a možnostem jejich podpory. Tato část práce byla zpracovaná prostřednictvím případových studií u 4 studentů s PAS. Výsledky z praktické části jsou diskutovány zvlášť pro jednotlivé výstupy výzkumů.The dissertation describes the topic of adaptation of students with autism spectrum disorder in tertiary education. The theoretical part presents the basic principles of autism spectrum disorders and the specifics of education of adults with autism spectrum disorders at universities in the Czech Republic and abroad. The theoretical part of the thesis also includes a chapter devoted to evidence based practice. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first deals with the support system and the factors influencing the process of adaptation on a global scale. This part is processed through a systematic review - scoping review. The second part deals with the analysis of the adaptation of students with ASD in the environment of Palacký University in Olomouc and the possibilities of their support. This part of the work was processed through case studies of 4 students with ASD. The results from the practical part are discussed separately for individual research outputs.
