Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá výskytem copingových strategií a protektivních faktorů u traumaticky amputovaných osob. Text je rozdělen na dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část pojednává základní témata související s předmětem výzkumu. Věnuje se problematice traumatu, amputace dolní končetiny, copingu, copingovým strategiím a protektivním faktorům. Výzkumná část popisuje metodologické pozadí realizace studie a získané poznatky. Pro náš záměr jsme využili kvalitativní typ výzkumu. Participanti byli zvoleni účelovým výběrem přes instituci. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 10 jedinců s transfemorální či transtibiální traumatickou amputací nebo traumatickou exartikulací v koleni. Data byla získávána formou polostrukturovaného interview. Jednotlivá interview byla následně přepsána a analyzována metodou interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Na základě analýzy dat bylo stanoveno 5 hlavních témat: aktivní coping, adaptivní způsob uvažování, sociální opora, individuální charakteristiky a zdravotní systém. Tato základní témata klasifikují konkrétní copingové strategie a protektivní faktory. Mezi nejvýznamnější copingové strategie našich participantů patří: snaha získat zpět plnohodnotný život, cvičení, nácvik chůze a nalézání pozitiv stran amputace. K nejpodstatnějším protektivním faktorům pak náleží: rodina, partneři, přátelé, schopnost překonat bolest, optimismus a protetická péče. Sami naši respondenti považovali za nejdůležitější pro vyrovnání se s amputací nejčastěji rodinu, přátele a optimismus. The presented bachelor's thesis deals with the occurrence of coping strategies and protective factors in persons with trauma-related amputations. The text is divided into two main parts - theoretical and research. The theoretical part concerns basic topics related to the subject of research. It deals with trauma, lower-limb amputation, coping, coping strategies and protective factors. The research part describes the methodological background of the study and its findings. For our purpose a qualitative type of research was used. The participants were selected purposefully through the institutions. The research group consisted of ten individuals with transfemoral or transtibial traumatic amputation or traumatic exarticulation in the knee. The data were obtained in the form of a semi-structured interview. The individual interviews were subsequently transcribed and analysed by the method of the interpretative phenomenological analysis. Based on the analysis of the data, five main topics were identified: active coping, adaptive way of thinking, social support, individual characteristics and the health system. These basic topics classify specific coping strategies and protective factors. The most important coping strategies of our participants include: trying to regain a full life, exercising, walking training and finding positive aspects of amputation. The most important protective factors include: family, partners, friends, the ability to overcome pain, optimism and the prosthetic care. Our respondents considered family, friends and optimism to be the most important factors of coping with amputation.
