Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu terapeutického materiálu zaměřeného na poruchu exekutivních funkcí, konkrétně pracovní paměť. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena zejména terminologii exekutivních funkcí včetně jejich klasifikaci a anatomické organizaci. Pozornost je dále věnována teoretickým poznatkům o pracovní paměti a exekutivních funkcích u pacientů s afázií včetně neuronálně multifunkcionálního přístupu k terapii afázie a neurokognitivní rehabilitaci. Empirická část se věnuje procesu tvorby terapeutického materiálu na základě teoretických poznatků z teoretické části diplomové práce. Součástí jsou tři případové studie pacientů s afázií, na nichž byla ověřena srozumitelnost terapeutického materiálu. V závěru jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky.This thesis is focused on creation of an interventional material focused on executive function disorder, specifically working memory. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is focused mainly on the terminology of executive functions, including their classification and anatomical organization. Attention is also focused on theoretical knowledge about working memory and executive functions in patients with aphasia, including neuronal multifunctional approach to aphasia therapy and neorucognitive rehabilitation. The empirical part deals with the process of creation of material for intervention based on theoretical knowledge from the theoretical part of the thesis. This thesis contains three caise studies of patients with aphasia on which the intelligibility of the interventional material was verified. The results are summarized in conclusion.
