V teoretické části popisuje proměnu rodiny v postmoderní době spolu s jejími důsledky, transformaci systému péče o ohrožené děti, rodinné konference jako jednu z inovativních metod sociální práce a metodiku jejich realizace. Empirická část práce uvádí zjištěné výsledky, přináší jejich možné interpretace a doporučení pro další výzkum.. -- Abstract: The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of family conferences through quantitative and qualitative content analysis of family plans with an explorative aim to find out what information and topics are present in them and whether they answer the given questions with their content. The theoretical part describes the transformation of the family in postmodern times together with its consequences, transformation of the system of care for vulnerable children, family conferences as one of the innovative methods of social work and the methodology of their implementation. The empirical part of the thesis presents the results, brings their possible interpretations and recommendations for further research.
