Teoretická část se věnuje základnímu vymezení afázie z pohledu terminologie, etiologie, symptomatologie, klasifikace, diagnostiky i terapie. Stěžejní částí práce je však náhled na afázie v souvislosti s poruchami kognitivních funkcí. Je zde také uveden přehled neuropsychologických testů, které lze využít u osob s touto narušenou komunikační schopností. V praktické části je blíže popsán vytvořený materiál, proces jeho tvorby a následného ověřování na cílové skupině.. -- Abstract: This thesis is concerned with creation of material, which focuses on cognitive flexibility of people who have aphasia. The theoretical part specifies the basics of aphasia in terms of terminology, etiology, symptomatology, classification, diagnostics and therapy. However, the mainstay of the thesis is an explanation of aphasia in connection with disorders of cognitive functions. Moreover, this part of the thesis includes a neuropsychological tests overview, which can be used for people who have this communication disorder. The practical part consists of a detailed description of the material and process of creating it followed by testing the material with the target group.
