Práce se zabývá silnými hudebními zážitky v kontextu života dospívajících (VŠ studentů). Přibližuje Maslowův koncept "peak experience" a Gabrielssonův koncept "Strong Experiences in Music". Dále se zaměřuje na teoretickou spojitost mezi silnými hudebními zážitky a pocitem osobní pohody (well-being) v životě VŠ studentů a pomocí metody kvalitativního výzkumu přibližuje jejich význam.The study deals with strong musical experiences in the context of the life of adolescents (university students). It introduces Maslow's concept of "peak experience" and Gabrielsson's concept of "Strong Experiences in Music". It also focuses on the theoretical connection between strong musical experiences and the personal well-being in the life of university students and uses the method of qualitative research to approximate their importance.
