Teoretická část je rozdělena na 3 části. První popisuje kobalt, jeho naleziště a použití v lithium-iontových nabíjecích bateriích. Druhá část popisuje humanitární krizi v Demokratické republice Kongo. Třetí se zabývá informovaností o problematice nejenom skrze média. Praktická část představuje obsahovou analýzu internetových článků nejčtenějších českých zpravodajů, které o tématu píší.. -- Abstract: This bachelor´s thesis is focusing on a level of awareness of the mining and use of cobalt from Congo in terms of social and humanitarian work. The theoretical part is divided into 3 parts. The first part describes cobalt, cobalt´s deposits and its use in lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. The second part describes the humanitarian crisis in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The third part focuses on the awareness of the crisis not only through the media. The research part presents the content analysis of the internet articles of the most read Czech news which do write about the issue of cobalt mining.
