Cílem práce je popis kroků adaptačního procesu v organizaci XY. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů a popisu kroků adaptačního procesu. Výzkumná část se věnuje metodologii, kde se zabývám vymezením dílčích otázek ze míněných kroků adaptačního procesu, dále popisem deskriptivní případové studie, výběrem zdrojů dat a metod sběru dat, popisem sběru dat a také etickými aspekty při výzkumu. Dále navazuje popis adaptačního procesu v organizaci XY. Nejprve představuji organizaci XY a poté následují jednotlivé kroky adaptačního procesu v organizaci XY, v nichž analyzuji dokumenty a rozhovory. V závěru jednotlivých kroků dochází k jejich interpretaci s teorií. Na závěr diskutuji limity provedeného výzkumu.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis devotes to adaptation of new employees in the organization. The aim of the thesis is to describe the steps of the adaptation process in the organization XY. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of basic concepts and description of the steps of the adaptation process. The research part is devoted to methodology, which deals with the definition of partial questions from the mentioned steps of the adaptation process, description of the descriptive case study, selection of data sources and methods of data collection, description of data collection and ethical aspects in the research. Then follows a description of the adaptation process in the organization XY. First, I introduce the organization XY and then follow the individual steps of the adaptation process in the organization XY, where I analyze the documents and interviews. At the end of each step they are interpreted with theory. In conclusion, I discuss the limits of the research.
