L'obiettivo principale di questa tesi e il tema dell'imperativo dal punto di vista linguistico. La tesi confronta l'uso di questo tempo verbale in due lingue, italiano e slovacco. La tesi menziona brevemente anche le funzioni generali della comunicazione e i loro studiosi. In seguito, esamina le diverse forme, funzioni e definizioni in cui l'imperativo puo verificarsi. L'ultima parte della tesi e dedicata al corpus dove vediamo l'uso dell'imperativo con i esempi appropriati.The main focus of this thesis is the topic of the imperative from the linguistic point of view. It compares the use of this verb tense in two languages, Italian and Slovak. The thesis briefly mentions also the general communication functions and their pioneers. Later on, it examines the diverse forms, functions and definitions in which imperative can occur. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to the corpus where we see use of imperative on different examples.
