Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vybrané problémy, se kterými se může absolvent na začátku praxe setkat. Zabývá se počtem začínajících učitelů, kteří dostali k dispozici uvádějícího učitele, počtem učitelů (zvláště začínajících), kteří zastávají funkci třídního učitele, nebo případnými problémy s autoritou. Dále se práce bude zabývat časovou náročností příprav na vyučování, spokojeností učitelů, přednostmi a slabými stránkami čerstvých absolventů pedagogických fakult.The Diploma thesis focuses on the chosen troubles that the grauand can have when entering into the practice. It focuses on the amount of the trainee teachers who were helped by the mentor, on the amount of the teachers who have became the class teachers, or if the trainee teachers had troubles with authority at the beginning of their practice. Then the Diploma thesis also focuses on the preparation for the lesson, on the satisfacton of the teachers, and finally on the strengths and weaknesses of the graduands of the pedagogical faculty.
