Cílem této magisterské diplomové práce je provést komparaci vládnoucích režimů Čínské lidové republiky a Vietnamské socialistické republiky a zjistit, jaké jsou mezi nimi rozdíly. V rámci práce se soustředím na období od roku 1991 do roku 2018. Součástí práce je teoretický úvod do dané problematiky, charakteristika politických režimů výše zmíněných zemí, jejich následná komparace a závěr. V analytické části jsem se v prvé řadě zaměřila na srovnání ústav ČLR a VSR, neboť ty představují základní právní normu státu a také na srovnání základních charakteristik obou politických režimů. Dále jsem pak porovnávala moc výkonnou, zákonodárnou a soudní, volební systém a stranický systém obou zemí.The aim of this master thesis is to make a comparison of the ruling regimes of the People's Republic of China and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and to find out what are the differences between them. The work focuses on the period from 1991 to 2018. Part of the work is a theoretical introduction, characterization of the political regimes of the above-mentioned countries, their subsequent comparison and conclusion. First of all, in the analytical part, I focused on comparison of the constitutions of the People's Republic of China and Socialist Republic of Vietnam, because they represent the basic legal norm of the state and also on the comparison of the basic characteristics of both political regimes. Then I compared the the executive, legislative and judicial system, electoral system and party system of both countries.
