(167 550) : grafy. -- Oponent Zlatica Dorková. -- Ved. práce Libor Novosád. -- Abstract: Tématem této diplomové práce je pracovní uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení pojmu osoba se zdravotním postižením, postavení osob se zdravotním postižením, dále jsou vymezeny druhy zdravotních postižení v souvislosti se socializací a dopady na pracovní uplatnění. Následuje kapitola, která je věnována vzdělávání osob se zdravotním postižením a dále význam práce samotné pro člověka. Poslední dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány možnostem pracovního uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením a právům a povinnostem zaměstnavatelů osob se zdravotním postižením. Cílem empirické části této diplomové práce je zmapovat situaci osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v Královehradeckém kraji, přičemž je výzkum zaměřen na osoby se zdravotním postižením, které jsou evidovány na úřadu práce. Výsledky práce jsou prezentovány pomocí grafů. Závěr práce je doplněn diskuzí, kde jsou zodpovězeny dílčí výzkumné otázky, hlavní výzkumná otázka a hypotézy.. -- Abstract: The thesis deals with job opportunities for persons with a disability. The theoretical part explains the definition of the concept of a person with a disability, the status of people with disabilities, types of disabilities related to the socialization and the impact on their job opportunities. The following chapter deals with education of people with disabilities, as well as the importance of a work itself for a man. The last two chapters deal with the possibilities of employment of persons with disabilities and with rights and obligations of employers of persons with disabilities. The aim of the empirical part of this thesis is to map the situation of people with disabilities in the labour market in the Hradec Králové region, while the research is focused on people with disabilities registered at the employment department. The results of the thesis are presented by graphs. The conclusion of the thesis is supplemented by discussion, where the research questions, the main research question and the hypotheses are answered.
