Tématem diplomové práce je pohled na integraci osob s duševním onemocněním typu schizofrenie. Cílem této práce je seznámení se s příčinami a léčbou schizofrenie v kontextu integrace. V teoretické části vymezuji základní terminologii týkající se onemocnění - vznik, rozdělení schizofrenií, průběh a léčba onemocnění, vliv nemoci na vztahovou oblast a zaměstnávání klientů s duševním onemocněním, relevantní k tématu diplomové práce. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány sociální práci s lidmi se schizofrenií, včetně sociální pomoci s představením vhodných služeb pro schizofrenní klienty. Výzkumná část navazuje na teoretické poznatky. Ve vztahu ke zkoumané problematice byla pro zpracování cílů diplomové práce zvolena metoda případová studie. V případové studii popisuji jednotlivé případy zúčastněných respondentů výzkumu. Výstupem je pohled na úspěšné začlenění klienta/ů se schizofrenií po propuštění z léčení do běžného života s akceptem na multidisciplinární podporu. Poslední část práce je věnována vybraným sociálním službám v regionu Opavska.The main topic of the diploma thesis is a point of view of integration of people with mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia. The goal of the thesis is to introduce causes and treatment of schizophrenia in the context of integration. The theoretical part specifies basic terminology that concerns the illness - origins, classification of schizophrenia, its development and treatment, influence on personal relationships and employment of people with mental illnesses, relevant to the main topic of the diploma thesis. Following chapters focus on social work that concerns people with schizophrenia, including social support, with introduction of appropriate services for clients with schizophrenia. The practical part of the thesis follows the theoretical findings. Based on the character of the research, the method of case study was chosen to process the goals of the diploma thesis. In the case study, individual cases of responders involved in the research are described. The outcome is the view of successful integration of client/s with schizophrenia after they were discharged from hospital and returned to normal, everyday life, with emphasis on multidisciplinary support. The last part of the thesis deals with selected social services located in the region of Opava.
