Předložená dizertační práce se v teoretické části věnuje souhrnu vědeckých důkazů pro léčebné využití specifické techniky radiační onkologie, stereotaktické radioterapie. Obsahuje přehled publikovaných údajů o využití stereotaktické radioterapie napříč spektrem nádorových malignit. Ve vlastní části je retrospektivně hodnocen soubor o celkovém počtu 110 pacientů léčených stereotaktickou radioterapií. Na tomto souboru je vyhodnocena efektivita a celková toxicita stereotaktické radioterapie u řady nádorových diagnóz. Pozorované údaje o přežití a toxicitě jsou poté srovnány s údaji pozorovanými ve vědeckých publikacích zabývajících se problematikou stereotaktické radioterapie.The submitted dissertation summarizes in the theoretical part published clinical data concerning specific technique of radiation therapy, stereotactic radiotherapy. It contains a review of published results regarding the usage of stereotactic radiotherapy in cancer. The original part of the thesis retrospectively analyses a group of 110 patients treated with stereotactic radiotherapy. It evaluates efficacy and toxicity of stereotactic radiotherapy in a variety of cancer types. The observed outcomes are afterwards compared with the results that have been seen in published articles on stereotactic radiotherapy.
