Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současné praxe náboru specializovaných a manažerských pozic. Analyzuje průběh náborového procesu optikou headhunterů a upozorňuje na proměnu praxe v závislosti na současnou společenskou situaci. První část práce se věnuje teoretickému ukotvení headhuntingu v andragogice a zvolené metodologii práce. Praktická část práce se zabývá rozborem terénního šetření. Ke zpracování tématu byl zvolen etnografický výzkumný design. Výzkum byl veden pomocí zúčastněného pozorování, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzy dokumentů.This thesis deals with the analysis of current practices in the recruitment of specialized and managerial positions. It analyses the recruitment process with the headhunters point of view and refers to the change of practice according to the present social situation. The first theoretical part of this thesis deals with the relationship between andragogy and headhunting and the chosen research methodology. The empirical part of the thesis is focused on analysing the field work. The ethnographic research was chosen for this topic. The research was conducted through the attended observations, semi-structured interviews and document analysis.
