Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice vztahů mezi žáky odborného učiliště, kde bylo prováděno výzkumné šetření. První část práce charakterizuje a vymezuje pojmy týkající se vzájemných vztahů uvnitř třídy a charakterizuje období adolescence. Dále poskytuje přehled školních poradenských pracovišť a poradenských zařízení a institucí v resortu školství. Další část charakterizuje třídní klima a popisuje metody jeho zkoumání. V závěru první části se věnuji funkci a činnostem třídního učitele. Druhá část textu, formou dotazníku CES a rozhovoru, zjišťuje pohled žáků a jejich učitelky na klima uvnitř třídy a to, zda si přejí toto klima zlepšit.This diploma thesis deals with the issue of relations between the pupils of a vocational school where the research was carried out. The first part of the thesis characterizes and defines the concepts concerning the relations within the class and characterizes the period of adolescence. It also provides an overview of school counseling centers and counseling facilities and institutions in the education sector. The next part characterizes the class climate and describes the methods of its exploration. At the end of the first part I deal with the function and activities of the class teacher. The second part of the text, in the form of a CES questionnaire and interview, identifies the pupils 'and their teachers' views of the climate within the class and whether they wish to improve the climate.
