Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá cévní mozkovou příhodou a možnostmi terapie formou hry u tohoto onemocnění. V obecném přehledu se věnuje onemocnění jako takovému, řeší jeho příčiny, vznik, rozdělení a následky. V hlavní části se zabývá možnostmi terapie, jak konvenčním metodám, tak především metodám moderním a jejich účinnosti. Z mnoha použitých studií vyplývá, že nelze jednoznačně určit, jestli jsou moderní technologie využívající principu hry efektivnější než konvenční rehabilitace. Ukazuje se, že pro pohybovou terapii pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě je vhodná kombinace běžných fyzioterapeutických postupů a terapie formou hry ve virtuálním prostředí.This bachelor thesis deals with vascular stroke and the possibilities of therapy in the form of games for this disease. In a general overview, he deals with the disease as such, solve its causes, origins, divisions and consequences. In the main part deals with the possibilities of therapy, both conventional methods and modern methods and their effectiveness. However, many of the studies used show that it is impossible to clearly determine whether moder technologies using the principle of games are more effective then conventional rehabilitation. It turns out that the motion therapy of patients after stroke is an appropriate of conventional therapeutic methods and therapeutic from of game in a virtuál environment.
